Protecting the environment should be a top priority for our country’s leaders. Failing to address regulations to address climate change will lead to greater financial costs and higher energy prices. As a country, we must invest in solar power, wind, and natural gas to prevent the disturbance of the earth. Some of the new environmental and energy laws designed to reduce global warming will not hurt the economy if we teach our people on needed skill sets and the benefit of those laws. At the end of the day, it should be a choice, not a mandate, as not everyone can afford these expenses.

I’m comparing each person running in the primaries for District 16. Are their any existing bills you can reference you would have not supported? Do you support using our tax funds for abortion? What spending would you cut or reduce? Can you comment on people living near wind farms comments on the affects on birds and a potential link between wind farms and cancer? Also there is still no way to properly dispose of solar panels, the dump isn’t a place where those types of materials should be; what is your solution?

Yazmin, I am very glad you are doing your homework before heading to the polls. Regading to your bills question, I have been expressing my opinion on this page for several years now: https://www.facebook.com/groups/232894305000668/learning_content
No, I do not support using our tax funds for abortion? In addition, I am pro-life with extremely few exceptions. Some of the spending I would cut are some of the administrative federal agencies and commissions. In regards to people living near wind farms and comments on the affects on birds and a potential link between wind farms and cancer, I would have to do a little more research before I answer. As someone who was mislead about a solar panel contract and the long and tedious process in fighting to get out of it, I can attest that solar panels are not for everyone. The disposal of these materials must be carefully revisit with the EPA and that is something I am willing to do. Our government is the one who constantly and carelessly pollutes the air we breath daily and much more needs to be done. I to am doing my final research on the candidates today to cast my vote next week. Climate change is a Hoax and any funds diverted to that cause is a waste. I believe in ensuring our environment is clean and we don’t pollute it, but that’s as far it goes. Rhe windmills are an air sore, a waste of money, they don’t save us anything, and the landfill space they take up when they are decommissioned is massive. You got a good background and I believe you know the border issue better than most. We hot to keep it strong and rewrite the INA to he more effective and fair.
Deliris Montanez says:
Thank you for your comments, Mark. I agree with you, our air and water must be clean, but we all have to do our part. Agree on the windmills. Now, I will need to do some more research because it works very well in Europe, especially the Netherlands. None of the other candidates, nor our congresswoman have my background regarding the border issue. The INA needs revision and total oversight. DMB.
