Last year, Deliris “DMB” Montanez made a formal complaint with TVC as the grant process was not being conducted as it should. There was a lot of waste, fraud, and abuse of those funds especially in the mental health industry. Let’s just say that the acting former director is no longer with TVC. Now, there are many changes that were implemented after that complaint was filed and if TVC follows their own updated policies and regulations, we will be heading in the right direction to get DOGE with Office of the Governor Greg Abbott will continue with the oversight. This is the type of leadership we need in TX. No matter political differences, at the end of the day, we can and will work together to get to a middle ground to serve our state.
